MD MEP’s Learners and Leaders Series will provide a unique environment for manufacturing leaders to get together and see real-world examples of technology, innovation and advanced manufacturing practices. The series is designed to provide participants with real working knowledge and ideas on how to scale these lessons and make them applicable to their own manufacturing environment.
This Learners and Leaders event will take place in a peer group style setting, where local manufacturers and industry experts will discuss both the successes and challenges that they have encountered when it comes to implementing their different ERP systems.

She collaboratively assists client teams through the introduction of methodology and the development of procedures, systems and metrics necessary for success.Her experience in process enhancement and technology-related projects includes the selection and implementation of ERP systems, assisting organizations improve their utilization of information technology through detailed assessments of infrastructure, staffing, applications, and procedures, and the management of application development initiatives, including modifications to existing applications and new application development.

In addition, he has deployed and improved operations, systems, and business technology architecture in BI, ERP, POS, WMS, CRM. Chris focuses on large scale project management, strategic vendor management, change and infrastructure management.
